Inventing Terrorists: US orchestrated most domestic 'terror-plots'?

Interesting You Tube clip from Russia Today, about a recently released report that reveals that most domestic terror plots in the US happened at the prompting of Federal Agents, in what is known in legal speak as 'entrapment'. The Feds used agent provocateurs to recruit patsies to take the fall in artificially manufactured terror plots. The use of such bogus terror plots is part of the 'politics of fear' that is used as a pretext for the setting up of a surveillance state and the waging of foreign wars of aggression. Makes one wonder about how many of the domestic terror plots here in Australia were set up by entrapment?
